Pro-bono work. The brief: Create a logo and brand identity for a beach clean up charity based in Sagres, Portugal to encourage both local residents and tourists to get involved in monthly beach cleans, as well as their impact when they visit Sagres’ stunning beaches and to reduce things like single use plastic.
My response: Using marine life and water as the starting point, I wanted to create a sense of hope and positivity, with the colour palette evoking the beach and the ocean, and the lockup using a bespoke version of a bold and friendly typeface, that will be easily replicated across social media and cheaply printed flyers etc to promote the charity.
